Job Responsibilities:
2. Coordinate the handling of IT hardware and application-related issues, provide immediate technical support to reduce system downtime.
3. Regularly inspect IT infrastructure within the airport range, prevent potential failures and develop contingency plans.
4. Provide technical training to airport staff to help them familiarize with various electronic devices operation procedures.
Requirements:
1. Hold at least 2 years of IT Support-related work experience, those with airport or large enterprise environment work experience are preferred.
2. Familiar with common IT hardware (such as servers, network devices, etc.) and application programs Configuration and maintenance skills.
3. Have good communication skills, be able to clearly express technical issues and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
4. Need to adapt to shift work arrangements, including the return-to-2-day-off shift pattern and the 12-hour shift rhythm.
5. Strong sense of responsibility for solving complex technical problems, able to remain calm under pressure and quickly find solutions.
Location is at the airport, monthly salary range is HKD 17,000 - 20,000, working 15-16 days per month
Daily 12 hours (8:30 am - 8:30 pm or 8:30 pm - 8:30 am).
