Store Manager

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Assist the supervisor in managing various aspects of the store's performance and daily operations, including customer service, inventory management, staff training, customer flow targets, store environment management, and cost control</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Follow the operational instructions and various marketing strategies set by the headquarters to achieve customer flow, sales and sales profit targets</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure the store operates according to the company's operating rules, product display, promotional paper display, and customer service</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Effective reporting to the company on product quality, delivery accuracy, and customer needs and satisfaction</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Other operational work</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Grade Five or above;</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Three years of retail industry work experience;</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Applicants with street market/store/mall/large supermarket management experience will be given priority;</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Leadership skills, sense of responsibility;</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Good writing and conversational communication skills; and</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Familiarity with computer operations</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Those with less experience will be considered for an internship as a store manager</strong></p></li></ul>
