<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Handle all the inbound and outbound calls / emails for clients in call center setting and follow up the cases according to the procedures set</p></li><li><p>Assist to handle complaints</p></li><li><p>Maintain customer log in relative systems</p></li><li><p>Assist to provide the highest level of customer care service to achieve Company requirements & business target</p></li><li><p>Support ad-hoc projects as assigned</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Higher Diploma or above/passed five subjects in the HKCEE/HKDSE</p><p>(Must include Chinese, Maths/English, Maths)</p></li><li><p>Good customer service and communication skill</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese (including Mandarin)</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office applications</p></li><li><p><strong>Fresh graduates are also welcome</strong></p></li><li><p>Immediate available would be an advantage</p></li></ul>
