Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensure the quality of service, food hygiene and in-store environment meet the standards.
2. Assist in the formulation and implementation of business expansion plans, enhance the market competitiveness and customer flow of the restaurant.
4. Control costs and budgets, supervise food procurement processes, and ensure profit margins are met.
5. Process customer feedback and complaints, maintain restaurant brand image, and build good customer relationships.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of restaurant or food industry management experience, familiar with tea restaurant operators are preferred.
2. Have a strong sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm, and be able to adapt to night shifts and other flexible work time arrangements.
4. Familiar with Hong Kong labor regulations and food and beverage industry-related provisions, with basic cost control concepts.
5. Able to remain calm under pressure, flexibly solve sudden problems, and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Benefits:
1. After working for 3 months, you can enjoy 14 days of labor leave and 7 days of annual leave per year.
2. Year-end bonuses are paid before the Chinese New Year.
3. After 2 years of employment, the labor leave is increased to 9 days, plus an additional 2 days of annual leave.
4. Monthly salary is negotiable based on position level, with a starting salary of $17,500 for night shift floor staff.
5. Pay salaries through bank transfer on the 7th of each month to ensure timely payment.
