Responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing professional and timely answers and follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
Provide detailed information about products or services to customers through phone, email, and face-to-face communication, and help them solve problems encountered during use.
Record and organize customer feedback, regularly report service quality status to senior management, and propose improvement suggestions to enhance the overall service process.
Coordinate internal relevant departments, promote cross-departmental cooperation, and ensure that customer needs are quickly and effectively implemented and executed.
Participate in the development and optimization of customer service policies and processes, and continuously improve service standards in line with the company's development strategy.
Work requirements
Hold a local-recognized secondary school education.
Have at least two years of customer service or related position work experience.
Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English.
Familiarity with computer operations.
Have a strong sense of responsibility, patience and empathy, and be able to stay calm and effectively handle unexpected situations in a high-pressure environment.
