Working hours: Shift work, every two weeks, one month of night shift per quarter. Weekend online rotation will be arranged.
Day shift: 9:00-12:00 13:30-18:30
Shifts: 13:30-18:30 19:30-22:30
Job Responsibilities:
1/Responsible for responding to customer questions within the group, including the following aspects:
c. Post-production technical and printing issues, etc.
2/Coordinate internal single flow, goods flow, and cash flow
a. Later confirm customer recharge and adjustment (if the amount exceeds a certain threshold, it requires a second confirmation from a superior)
b. Provide assistance with pre-uploading
c. Coordinate with customers on warehouse delivery, mid-term transportation, and our own delivery processes
d. Above steps anomaly detection and issue reporting
