<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p>Provide course tutoring and academic support to associate degree students, helping them master the knowledge they have learned.</p><p>Responsible for answering students’ questions on course content, including financial management and basic management core business courses.</p><p>Assist students in completing assignments, reviewing for exams, thesis counseling, and developing effective study plans.</p><p>Regularly communicate with students to understand their learning progress and difficulties, and provide personalized guidance.</p><p>Participate in teaching discussions, assist in optimizing counseling processes and improving teaching quality.</p><p><br>Requirements:</p><p>Hold a bachelor's, master's or above degree in a relevant field, with a good academic background, and a bachelor's degree can also be applied for</p><p>Majoring in finance, management, accounting, marketing or related fields is preferred.</p><p>Applicants with experience in assisting with associate degree programs are preferred.</p><p>Familiar and able to tutor Introduction to Financial Management, Introduction to Financial Accounting, Applied Statistics, Business Economics, Information Management, etc. related course content, you can choose to tutor a few courses.</p><p>Have good communication skills and teaching techniques, and be patient in guiding students.</p>
