Responsible for the daily operation and content planning of the company's mainstream social platforms, including post writing, visual material coordination, publication scheduling, and interactive replies;
Based on brand positioning and target audience characteristics, develop quarterly social media strategies, plan theme activities, topic planning and holiday marketing solutions;
Continuously monitor data performance on various platforms (such as reach rate, interaction rate, conversion rate, and fan growth trend), regularly produce analysis reports and propose optimization suggestions;
Coordinate with the marketing, public relations and design teams to oversee online and offline integrated promotion projects, ensuring that social media communication messages are consistent with the overall brand tone;
Work requirements
Familiar with the algorithm logic and user behavior characteristics of major social platforms, able to independently complete the entire process from planning, execution to effectiveness evaluation;
Have excellent writing skills, fluent in Chinese and English, and able to adjust tone and style flexibly according to different platform contexts;
Have basic visual aesthetic awareness and be able to communicate needs efficiently with the design team
Responsibility and cross-departmental collaboration awareness, able to reasonably plan priority sequences in a multitasking environment, and deliver high-quality results on time.
