<p>Responsibility</p><ul><li>Implement and maintain the product quality at various stages on the production line, storage, packaging, and all related process to implement Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).</li><li>Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO and etc.</li><li>Responsible to implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to quality issue</li><li>Ensure the regulatory compliance on product labeling</li><li>Oversee full processes of packaging material such as ordering packaging material and tools</li><li>Prepare regular reports include Quality reports, Test reports, Data analysis and Quality system documentation etc.</li><li>Participate in production automation, new SKU, packing material development and equipment sourcing.</li><li>Provide regular work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff.</li><li>Handle ad hoc projects as assigned</li></ul><p>Requirement</p><ul><li>Diploma/Degree or above in Food Science/Technology or food related discipline</li><li>At least 2 years solid experience in food manufacturing or F&B industry is highly preferable</li><li>Knowledge of GMP, HACCP or ISO quality systems</li><li>Independent, hardworking, self-motivated and fast learner</li><li>Proficiency in computer application such as MS Word, Excel, etc.</li><li>Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, result-oriented with good analytical mind and multi-tasking with to-do- attitude</li><li>Energetic, aggressive, self-motivated, and hardworking</li><li>Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred</li></ul>
