<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Administer loan guarantees and execute operational duties under key government schemes (including SFGS, PLGS, and DLGS), covering monthly report verification, guarantee fee reconciliation, annual guarantee renewals, and processing of related remittances.</li><li>Support the preparation of MIS reports and maintain document management systems.</li><li>Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.</li><li>This position is offered on a 1-year contract basis, with potential for renewal.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in SME lending, personal lending, or loan administration within a recognized financial institution.</li><li>Meticulous, accurate, and capable of working independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.</li><li>Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.</li><li>Proficient in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of MS Access is an advantage.</li></ul>
