<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>
<p>· Manage the daily operation of the production line, teach employees to follow company guidelines and production processes, and ensure production efficiency and product quality meet standards and customer requirements</p>
<p>· Develop production plans and monitor production progress to meet production targets</p>
<p>· By reviewing internal production plans, maximize production efficiency and reduce waste</p>
<p>· Production cost control, attendance control, inventory control, R&D scheduling, temporary projects, etc.</p>
<p>· Organize development, formulation, implementation and optimization of products (from new product introduction to mass production quality control)</p>
<p>· Adjust the number of workers and manage attendance flexibly to ensure that the production process is not affected</p>
<p>· Lead major quality improvement projects and achieve quality cost control targets</p>
<p>· Develop testing strategies, organize product inspections and testing</p>

<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>· Bachelor's degree in food science, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related fields is preferred</p>
<p>· At least 5 years of management and supervision experience in a food central factory</p>
<p>· Familiar with ISO22000, HACCP standards is better</p>
<p>· Pay attention to details, organize well, be sensitive to numbers, have a self-motivated attitude and be willing to accept challenges</p>

<p>· Understand efficiency calculations (input/output) and manufacturing concepts related to productivity improvement</p>
<p>· Proficient in computer application programs (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</p>
<p>· Able to thrive in high-energy, high-demand environments and handle stress successfully</p>
