Main job goal:
Responsible for managing and allocating work instructions to the technical team, scheduling and participating in daily and emergency maintenance and repair of various automatic systems (such as BMS, air conditioning, lighting, etc.) in commercial buildings.
Attend regular maintenance meetings, actively communicate with customers, and improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Submit maintenance reports on time, maintain good communication with team members, and demonstrate self-discipline and sense of responsibility
Technical and ability requirements:
Have automatic system maintenance experience (such as BMS, HVAC, etc.)
Able to handle on-site technical issues, with fault diagnosis and on-the-spot crisis response capabilities
Have good organizational skills, be able to effectively arrange work processes and time management
Active and proactive, with a positive attitude, maintain high performance
Have good team spirit, be able to coordinate and cooperate with different departments or customers
Familiar with basic computer operations and report writing (Word, Excel)
