Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to deliver exceptional service and smooth workflows.
Build, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, service scripts, pass/expediting flows, cleaning, and hygiene checklists to ensure consistent quality across teams and shifts.
Recruit, train, and manage performance; design onboarding, on-the-job training, and assessment frameworks to create repeatable, scalable training.
Create and optimize staff schedules; coordinate FOH/BOH to improve table turns and labor productivity.
Monitor operating and sales metrics (revenue, ATV, table turns, labor cost %, food cost %, complaint rate, etc.) and execute action plans and promotions.
Handle on-site issues: customer complaints, incidents, equipment breakdowns; maintain incident logs and follow-up improvements.
Ensure food safety and compliance: hygiene standards, temperature/cleaning logs, internal audits, and corrective actions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience; chain brand, new store opening, or multi-unit experience preferred.
Proven experience in standardized operations: able to develop SOPs, training materials, audit checklists, and reporting mechanisms.
Excellent customer service and complaint resolution; detail-oriented with a consistency mindset.
Data-literate with the ability to turn insights into actions: familiar with basic reports, ops KPIs, and PDCA.
Strong leadership and communication; fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
