Position: Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including client coordination, liaison with R&D departments, communication with incubators, and handling project funding applications. The role involves actively participating in marketing activities, supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring effective communication across different teams within the organization. Additionally, the assistant will be required to prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess relevant academic background preferably in IT or related fields and demonstrate strong familiarity with computer operations and various editing software. They must have shown excellent performance during their studies and exhibit good learning abilities. Strong proficiency in English is essential, both in written and verbal communication. Knowledge of Cantonese for basic oral communication is also required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with business trips within Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao regions. Ability to work independently on preparing PowerPoint presentations and other documentation is crucial. Part-time work arrangements consisting of three days per week may be considered.

Benefits:

Following a successful interview, candidates will receive a salary assessment. An accommodation allowance of 3000 is provided. Working hours are set at three days a week from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Flexible work arrangements such as part-time employment options are available.
