<p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide general clerical and administrative support to the operation team</p></li><li><p>Prepare, maintain and update the records in a timely manner</p></li><li><p>Assist supervisor to prepare reports and documents</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal departments and external parties on subcontracting and invoicing issues</p></li><li><p>Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements/Qualification</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma holder with at least 2 years' administrative / clerical working experience, preferably gained in construction, engineering or testing, inspection & certification industry</p></li><li><p>Proficient in using MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)</p></li><li><p>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive and self-motivated</p></li><li><p>Fresh graduates will also be considered</p></li></ul>
