Job Description

We are now sincerely inviting a Chief Technology Officer and co-founder to join us, and define the next generation of financial market infrastructure with the founding team. This position is a founding team-level appointment and will participate in company equity, long-term incentives, and executive layer management as a co-founder.

Duties include:

• Design and build the platform's overall technical architecture, covering on-chain and off-chain systems.

• Lead and build an engineering team, drive the product from 0 to 1, and then scale up.

• Work closely with product and business teams to connect traditional financial liquidity with the on-chain ecosystem.

• Build a high-performance, stable, secure, and scalable system (supporting spot / derivatives / funds / asset issuance, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Have experience in building trading or financial platforms for large-scale users, such as global stocks, funds, derivatives, and plus

• Have team building and management experience, and be able to independently lead technical teams to implement complex products and continuously iterate.
