Job Responsibilities:

· Provide customers with frame try-on, product matching, and professional advice

· Introduce lens categories, functions, and brand features

· Maintain store displays, inventory management, and clean standards

· Provide high-quality customer service to help enhance the brand experience

Requirements:

• Applicants with optical, retail or customer service experience in the eyewear industry will be given priority

• Basic English communication skills, able to handle daily conversations and simple product explanations

• Outgoing and cheerful personality, polite and friendly, and eager to interact and communicate with customers from different backgrounds

• Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to effectively establish and maintain customer relationships

• Value teamwork, willing to cooperate with the store's operating schedule to achieve business goals

Salary and benefits:

• High base salary, with individual evaluation and adjustment based on experience and ability

• Enjoy 13 months of pay, with an additional discretionary year-end bonus

• Monthly 8 days off, stable and sufficient annual leave

• Yearly leave up to 12 days, and enjoy all statutory labor holidays

• Working locations are spread across Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, and can be flexibly allocated according to personal circumstances
