Customer Services Officer /客戶服務主任 - 大型商場/甲級商廈 (Mon – Fri)

Responsibilities/ Responsibilities:

• Answer customers' enquiries
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Conduct regular checking on office facilities including cleanliness of toilets and officepremises to ensure quality service is delivered
• To perform daily administration, reports and clerical support works

• Tertiary education in Property / Hotel Management or related disciplines
• Solid experiences in customer services and hospitality fields
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
• 5 days work week, willing to work on shift
