Responsible for daily front desk reception work, including handling guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate, efficient and hotel service standards.
Answer incoming calls and respond to on-site inquiries, providing professional consultation on room status, facilities and services, surrounding transportation and travel information, etc.
Handle reservation management, coordinate with sales, housekeeping and operations teams to ensure reservation data is complete and system records are updated in real-time.
Work requirements
Have secondary five education or above, those who hold a certificate in hotel management, travel services or related fields will be given priority; fresh graduates with potential are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English conversational skills, able to clearly express and understand the needs of foreign guests.
Have good manners, affinity and stress resistance, and be able to maintain politeness, focus and service enthusiasm during peak traffic periods.
Familiarity with common office software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel) and hotel management systems (PMS) is preferred; those with no experience will receive comprehensive on-the-job training.
Need to cooperate with shift arrangements, including early, mid, and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
