Portfolio Manager / Assistant Portfolio Manager (Crypto Fund)<div><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Assist in investment decision-making through research, data analysis, and market monitoring<br><br>Contribute to portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management<br><br>Execute and monitor trades across spot, derivatives, and DeFi protocols<br><br>Develop and test quantitative or discretionary trading strategies<br><br>Stay up to date with macro trends, tokenomics, protocol developments, and regulatory changes<br><br>Collaborate with analysts and other PMs to refine trading ideas and strategies<br><br>Prepare investment memos and performance reviews for internal discussion<br><br>Qualifications:<br>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields<br><br>2–6 years of experience in crypto trading, hedge funds, asset management, or prop trading<br><br>Solid knowledge of digital assets, DeFi protocols, derivatives, and market microstructure<br><br>Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Python, SQL, or data tools a plus<br><br>Demonstrated interest or track record in portfolio management, trading strategies, or risk management<br><br>Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-moving markets</div>
