<p><strong>Team Operations Growth Manager Job Description</strong></p><p>Job Responsibilities:<br>As the core responsible person for cross-border insurance agent team operation and growth, you will lead the establishment of a cross-border agent recruitment and training system, design and implement a full-process operation and growth strategy. Specific responsibilities include:<br><br><br><br>4. Agent team management and full life cycle operation: In-depth understanding of agent needs, building a complete phased training plan, and providing sales support. Design a dynamic commission incentive system, establish an agent performance evaluation mechanism, and improve agent activity and first-year retention rate.<br><br>6. Cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration: Coordinate product, technology, compliance, etc. Teams to ensure operational strategies are implemented. Integrate internal and external resources to provide strong support for cross-border insurance agent team operations and growth. <br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Hard threshold: More than 5 years of Internet operation or insurance/financial industry operation experience, of which at least 2 years are cross-border business operation experience, and a successful case of monthly million-level traffic growth has been successfully operated, with a complete case of building a conversion funnel from 0 to 1. Familiar with insurance industry policies in different countries and regions, and familiar with data analysis tools and content placement platforms. <br>2.
