Provide customers with Hong Kong's various types of residency (including but not limited to dependent visa, QMAS, inputting high-end talents from the mainland, high-tech talent entry plan, IANG, professional talents, and science and technology talent entry plan) renewal strategy consulting and full process support services;
Based on the client's personal background, employment status in Hong Kong, residential record, salary certificate and business exchange documents, evaluate the feasibility of renewal and develop a personalized renewal plan;
Assist in sorting, verification and optimization of the renewal application documents, including employment contract, salary slip, MPF contribution record, company business registration certificate, business exchange certificate, address certificate, etc.;
Represent clients and maintain communication with the Immigration Department, follow up on application progress, respond to additional document requirements, handle interview arrangements and explanation letter writing, etc. Administrative and coordination work;
Regularly update Hong Kong's entry policy dynamics, provide compliance guidance and training support to internal teams and partners, and ensure service processes comply with the latest legislation and practical requirements.
Need an insurance professional license.
Work requirements
Have at least 2 years of work experience in Hong Kong identity planning or immigration consulting, familiar with the various visa categories and renewal approval standards of the Immigration Department;
Proficient in Chinese, with good English reading and writing abilities, able to accurately understand and process English versions of government documents and official notifications;
Have basic legal knowledge and policy interpretation ability, be able to independently analyze case risk points and propose operationally feasible solutions;
Careful and meticulous, with strong file management skills and time planning awareness, able to handle multiple cases simultaneously and ensure that each application is submitted on time and the information is complete and accurate;
Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to respond to customer concerns with professionalism, patience and empathy, building long-term trust relationships.
