Customer Relationship Officer

Daily work scope:

• Understand customer needs and provide quality customer service

• Become a brand image ambassador, showcase the brand to customers, and recommend suitable products/treatments to achieve sales targets

• Answer customer calls and schedule appointment times

• Maintain customer relationships and actively develop customer groups

• Assist the therapist in arranging their schedule

• Improve on-the-job training and good promotion opportunities

Requirements:

• Applicants with customer service or sales experience are preferred

• Fluent Cantonese, familiar with computer operations, able to type in Chinese and English, and assist with handling paperwork

• Have good language skills, quality service attitude, proactive and team spirit

• Diligent and polite, honest and reliable, responsible

• Working 8 hours a day [another hour for meals]
