Floor and cashier

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer checkout and cash management, accurately operating the cash register system, handling cash, electronic payment, and other payment methods, and providing clear and detailed invoices.

• During business hours, continuously pick up tables, replenish cutlery and clean the dining area to ensure a clean and orderly floor and maintain a good dining environment.

• Assist in packaging takeout orders, verify the food and order details, and ensure timely, complete, and hygienic delivery to customers or delivery personnel.

• Daily execution of basic cleaning tasks before and after business hours, including floor mopping, counter disinfection, garbage disposal, and equipment surface wiping, in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Support other temporary floor affairs in the store according to the needs of the store, such as guiding customers, replenishment, simple material sorting, etc.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese for daily interactions, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, and able to clearly fill out handover records and simple forms.

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply; those with service or retail industry experience are especially welcome.

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa, including Hong Kong permanent residency, or a valid high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa, and other recognized work permits.
