Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the whole process of customer order follow-up, including receipt, confirmation, scheduling, delivery and after-sales service feedback, ensuring order accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with daily inventory management, including fruit receiving and inspection, freshness status monitoring, expiration date tracking, and waste recording, to reduce food waste.
Support the team in executing holiday promotions, corporate group orders or temporary projects, with cross-departmental communication and flexible support capabilities.

Work requirements

Have basic document processing skills, familiar with Excel to consolidate orders and create simple reports; no programming experience is required, but you must be able to quickly learn the internal operating system.
Have basic knowledge of fruit categories, preservation characteristics and food safety, and be willing to actively understand the origin, seasonality and selection points, and have a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to clearly respond to customer inquiries, synchronize internal information, and adapt to the work rhythm of multiple tasks running in parallel.
Happy to work in a team, with a service-oriented mindset and positive attitude, and able to accept occasional support for on-site operations on holidays or peak hours.
