Customer Service Assistant (Jockey Club Residences - The Altitude)

Working location:Racing House - Chi Yun FengThe Altitude (20 Hong Kong Shangguang Road)

Working hours:5.5 days 9 hours work; rotating early, middle, and late shifts (07:30-16:30 / 13:30-22:30); rotating breaks

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the lobby reception position

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints

• Assist with handling daily phone inquiries

• Building relationships with customers and maintaining good communication

Entry Requirements:

Education and professional qualifications:

• Second 5 or above

Qualifications:

• One or more years of relevant customer service work experience is preferred

• Familiarity with property management operations is best

• Familiarity with computer operations

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, and understand Mandarin a little

• Have good writing skills in Chinese and English
