#Administrative human resources and accounting positions:
•Recruitment and placement: Responsible for human resources planning, resume screening, interview organization, and new employee onboarding.
• Training and development: Organize and develop training plans, track implementation and evaluate effectiveness.
•Employee relations: Handle employee relations, organize activities, and maintain labor and management harmony.
•Lead daily administrative work, file processing and data input
•Arrange for venue supplies, sort out documents, and process employee records
•Assist with daily operations • Support departmental administrative coordination, maintain smooth operations • Provide various operating and financial statements
•Accounting: Responsible for daily accounting, cost calculation, intercompany account verification, and funds settlement.
• Provide company personnel development strategy, salary calculation, MPF contribution, payment, daily company expenses and reimbursement
•Responsible for recording and verifying the company's sales staff and channel partners' accounts, settlements, bank deposit tickets, etc.;
•Responsible for daily accounting, report preparation, file management, and proper storage of files
Requirements:
•Familiarity with computer operations (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF) ;
•Pay attention to details, be honest and reliable, and understand the sensitivity and confidentiality requirements of the industry;
•Must have a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and execute;
•Local post-secondary courses: Associate Degree/Advanced Diploma or equivalent academic qualifications or above;
•Applicants with more than 3 years of relevant human resources, financial and financial work experience are preferred.
