Business Development Specialist (Full Time)

<p><strong><u>Job Descriptions:</u></strong></p><p>1) Handle and support sales and marketing activities；</p><p>2) Explore and develop new business opportunities；</p><p>3) Manage and maintain good business relationship with existing clients；</p><p>4) Research and develop new marketing areas with ultimate goal of introducing and developing new customers, resulting in business growth, increase in revenue and profitability of business team；</p><p>5) Establish new business partnerships across Asia Region;</p><p>6) Be the ambassador to contribute creative R&D ideas for product developments;</p><p>7) Initiate, plan and monitor marketing and promotional activities, such as exhibitions, partner programs, marketing materials, etc. </p><p>8) Support the business team in ad-hoc duties;</p><p>9) Onsite and offsites trainings would be provided from time to time.</p><p><strong><u>Required Qualification & Skills</u></strong></p><p>1) University graduate in business stream preferable.</p><p>2) Candidate who is self-motivated, result-oriented, willing to take challenging projects, energetic and creative would be preferable.</p><p>3) Ability to work in a team environment, while making individual contributions to challenging projects.</p><p>4) Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, with native proficiency in Cantonese and conversational Mandarin, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>5) Relevant client pitching and facing experience is preferable.</p><p>We offer competitive salary, performance bonus, medical insurance and company options to right candidates.
