Contract IT Officer

<p><strong>Responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Website and Endpoint Management</p></li><li><p>Oversee the deployment, testing, maintenance and support of the Web Content Management System and Teaching & Learning System, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Perform comprehensive server and network administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Azure VDI System, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.</p></li><li><p>Manage projects, vendors, and the tender process, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication with all stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Assist in collecting user requirements, transforming them into detailed functional requirements and technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree in IT or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant experience; OR</p></li><li><p>Higher diploma in IT or equivalent with at least 5 years' relevant experience;</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English and Chinese</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong project management skills, including managing projects, vendors, and the tender process, with experience in implementing IT solutions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to collect and transform user requirements into functional and technical specifications, with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience with MS Azure AVD, including VDI network and performance tuning for VDI service.</p></li><li><p>Experience of Web Content Management Systems and familiarity with HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.</p></li><li><p>Skills in Teaching and Learning System including Moodle, PHP, Linux, and MariaDB.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in AI agent development including MS Copilot Studio and LLM Model.</p></li></ul><p></p>
