Service Sales Representative(Remote or Local Office)

Key Responsibilities (Global Role Description, Regionally Executed)
1) Regional Sales Strategy: Develop annual/quarterly sales plans and KPIs for local academic, biotech and pharma segments; align with corporate strategy.
2) Customer Development & Relationship Management: Acquire new accounts and nurture long-term relationships via conferences, KOL visits and distributor partnerships.
3) Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and payment; collaborate with technical and project-management teams on complex CDx projects.
4) Market Expansion: Establish local channel/agent networks and organize regional marketing events to increase brand penetration.
5) Data & Insights: Submit monthly pipeline, competitive landscape and pricing reports; maintain CRM in real time.
6) Competitive Intelligence: Monitor key competitors (e.g., Illumina, BGI, Macrogen) and rapidly craft counter-strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s or higher in life sciences, molecular biology, medicine or pharmacy.
- Experience: ≥3 years sales experience in NGS services, research reagents or companion diagnostics; proven track record with academic/KOL customers or local pharma CDx projects is highly valued.
- Skills: Hands-on knowledge of genome sequencing, single-cell and spatial omics, liquid biopsy and CDx development; able to draft technical proposals and tender documents independently.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 30–50% within the assigned region.
- Languages:
- Hong Kong: Fluent Cantonese + English.
- Japan: Native or JLPT N1 Japanese.
- Southeast Asia: Fluent English; local language (Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, etc.) a plus.
- Eastern & Southern Europe: Fluent English; local language (Polish, Spanish, Italian, etc.) a plus.
