Assistant Sales Officer / Sales Assistant

<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>· Carry out duties to support sales activities in sales department</p><p>· Coordinate with external and internal parties to successfully conduct sales campaign and execute sales plan for property projects</p><p>· Assist for sales operation, setting up of show flats, sales office and managing sales flow and logistics</p><p>· Provide assistance for Handover Team during handover and beyond</p><p>· Conduct sales analysis and research on real estate market, data analysis and interpretation</p><p>· Handle complaints and follow up defect rectification works</p><p>· Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by supervisor</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>· Diploma in Real Estate / Business / Building or related academic background will be an advantage</p><p>· 1-2 year experience in Real Estate/ Property Developer/ Management Office would be an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior positions.</p><p>· Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines</p><p>· Strong communication and negotiation skills</p><p>· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Mandarin is preferred</p><p>· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
