Plan and execute member-exclusive activities or discount plans to promote member participation and consumption frequency. <br>4. Track member growth through data analysis and propose improvement measures to increase member numbers and activity. <br>5. Coordinate internal team resources to ensure seamless and high-quality member services. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Have at least 10 years of work experience in high-end Cantonese restaurants or clubs, familiar with high-end dining operations. <br>2. Have excellent customer relationship management skills, be able to accurately grasp member needs and provide personalized services. <br>3. Familiar with membership system construction and operation, those who have relevant project management experience are preferred. <br>4. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to efficiently coordinate cross-departmental affairs. <br>5. Be data-sensitive and able to use analysis tools to study member behavior and develop corresponding strategies.</div>
