Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for designing and optimizing the restaurant membership system, designing attractive membership benefits, and improving member experience and loyalty.
2. Regularly collect member feedback, analyze member needs, and adjust service strategies to improve satisfaction and retention rates.
3. Plan and execute member-exclusive activities or discount plans to promote member participation and consumption frequency.
4. Track member growth through data analysis and propose improvement measures to increase member numbers and activity.
5. Coordinate internal team resources to ensure seamless and high-quality member services.
Requirements:
1. Have at least 10 years of work experience in high-end Cantonese restaurants or clubs, familiar with high-end dining operations.
2. Have excellent customer relationship management skills, be able to accurately grasp member needs and provide personalized services.
3. Familiar with membership system construction and operation, those who have relevant project management experience are preferred.
4. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to efficiently coordinate cross-departmental affairs.
5. Be data-sensitive and able to use analysis tools to study member behavior and develop corresponding strategies.
