Main Responsibilities
Manage relationship with our highest value Premier Elite clients
Establish and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Premier Elite clients
Help clients articulate their needs, and deliver to exceed client expectations
Understand clients on both personal and professional levels to grasp their short and long-term financial goals
Offer financial advice that leads to personalized strategies aimed at wealth creation and capital preservation
Achieve set key performance indicators and profit growth through developing existing and new Premier Elite client relationships
Boost client loyalty by fulfilling their needs directly or through effective and proactive collaboration with other internal business partners
Guide and mentor paired team members through daily activity planning, prioritization, skill transfer, and mindset motivation
Carry out managerial duties for overseeing assigned support staff and allocate resources to provide top-tier service to Premier Elite clients
Build a strong team culture within the Premier Elite team to enhance team loyalty towards the bank
Comply with local and global regulations and maintain operational integrity
Adhere to business principles and values while maintaining operational integrity
*Note: Multiple work locations available across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business, or a related field
Have solid years of experience in relationship management and handling ultra-high net worth client portfolios in the financial sector
Demonstrate a proven track record in managing client portfolios
Show evidence of successful client recommendations and sales achievements in wealth products
Possess expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products
Have sound understanding of macroeconomic or microeconomic impacts or local market developments
Be well-versed in the external regulatory framework relevant to wealth management
Focus strongly on clients and be capable of building long-term partnerships with them
Capable of delivering need-based solutions through effective communication, influence, and sales skills
Display proactivity and skills in mentoring and coaching colleagues
Aspire to provide the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and clients
Be genuine and demonstrate the ability to engage with colleagues and clients to meet deadlines
Understand how to collaborate with Compliance, Credit & Risk, and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
Hold relevant insurance and investment licenses and comply with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
