Duties:
1. Responsible for the operation of Hong Kong's business (mobile phone recycling), including planning, organization, progress control and review, to ensure the accurate implementation of the regional business plan;
2. Assist the Hong Kong responsible person to formulate detailed plans and policies to meet the requirements of the planning objectives;
3. Set sales (collection) targets, specific customer cooperation models, sales strategies, budgets and incentive plans, thereby better completing the provincial sales plan;
4. Responsible for the development and maintenance of large customers, sales training and guidance, thereby maintaining good relations and contacts with customers;
5. Manage and maintain customer relationships, as well as long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers;
6. Company-related channel products and strategic policies are implemented;
7. Team management, including business support, evaluation, and cultivation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with more than three years of customer expansion experience in the communications and electronic industry are preferred;
2. Have experience in developing and maintaining Hong Kong customers;
4. Have good communication and data analysis skills, as well as customer management skills;
5. Have good proactive, sense of responsibility and execution ability, have good professional ethics;
6. Those with store manager experience, or mobile brand and agent experience, are preferred;
Note: Applicants with equivalent positions from mobile phone brands or agents, mobile phone stores, etc. will be given priority, those with at least 2 years of relevant mobile phone industry experience will also be given priority;
