1.Assist in the daily operation and maintenanceofservice renewal management and coordinate the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
2.Assist in data entry and collation to ensure accuracy and timely update.
3.Responsible forITroutine jobs, reports & meeting arrangement.
4.Prepare, update, and reviewITrelated documents.
5.Handle enquiry from external and internal parties.
6.Communicate with users and solve outstanding issues.
7.Responsible Ad-hoc duties/project asassigned.
Qualification:
1.Diploma, Higher Diploma orAssociate Degree or equivalent.
2.Relevant working experience inITsupport orAssistant, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3.A fast learner with good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, good at reporting and self-management.
4.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua preferred)
5.Detail-minded, energetic, positive attitude, team player.
6.Fresh graduates are welcomed.
