Treasury Officer

Job Description

1. Wallet & Account Management

• Responsible for daily management, permission maintenance, and secure operation of company wallets, exchange accounts, and OTC channel accounts.

• Execute wallet address management, account status monitoring, and standardized storage of login credentials to ensure asset security.

2. On-chain Fund Operations & Review

• Responsible for reviewing and executing on-chain withdrawals, transfers, collection, and refunds, verifying address, amount, chain type, and remarks.

• Handle withdrawal exceptions, delayed confirmations, incorrect transfer refund processes, and follow up on issues in a timely manner.

3. Stablecoin Fiat Onboarding & Settlement

• Responsible for stablecoin (USDT/USDC) fiat onboarding operations, completing coin receipt, release, verification, and confirmation according to procedures.

• Liaise with partner channels to settle stablecoin and fiat currency, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.

4. Transaction Reconciliation & Reporting

• Perform line-by-line reconciliation of daily transactions from wallets, exchanges, OTC channels, and partner channels.

• Complete book-to-actual reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, anomaly recording and follow-up to ensure consistency of fund balances.

• Produce daily fund report, asset balance sheet, and reconciliation statement to clearly reflect asset positions across wallets/exchanges/OTC channels/partners.

5. Compliance & Risk Control

• Strictly adhere to company fund policies, Web3 risk control rules, and relevant Hong Kong regulatory requirements (VASP/AML/CTF).

• Monitor large, high-frequency, and suspicious transactions, promptly report risks, and cooperate with KYC/AML reviews and document retention.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Complete other Web3 fund-related tasks assigned by superiors, including settlements, reconciliations, reporting, etc.

Requirements

1. Experience & Background

• Experience in cashier, treasury, settlement, finance, or related roles.

• Experience in Web3, virtual assets, stablecoin fiat onboarding, or exchange/wallet fund operations is preferred.

2. Professional Skills

• Familiar with Hong Kong multi-currency settlement and cross-border payment processes; understand Web3 fund operation logic.

• Proficient in mainstream blockchain wallet operations, on-chain queries (block explorers), and exchange back-office functions.

• Skilled in using Excel to build ledgers, create reconciliation statements and daily fund reports; possess basic accounting knowledge.

3. Compliance & Language

• Understand Hong Kong virtual asset regulatory and AML basic requirements; have a compliance-oriented mindset.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

4. Personal Attributes

• Honest, reliable, principle-driven, highly sensitive to fund security, meticulous, and with strong sense of responsibility.

• Able to work under pressure, adapt to real-time fund processing demands in the Web3 industry, and respond quickly.
