Working location: Hong Kong

Working days and hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1800

Salary: $28,000-$50,000

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate to promote B2B and B2C one-stop human resources platform, enhance market awareness and user coverage

- Support customers to smoothly transition to the MPF Easy platform managed by the MPF Bureau, providing operation guidance and technical assistance

- Assist commercial and individual customers in restructuring and reviewing their assets and risk allocation, providing professional advice

- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and analyze customer needs, optimize products and service processes

- Participate in business expansion activities, support sales teams to achieve their goals, and establish long-term customer relationships

Requirements

- Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields, with priority given to those with higher qualifications

- Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and needs

- Have writing and expression skills in Chinese and English, able to write professionally and give presentations

- Enthusiastic and positive, with good stress resistance and team spirit
