<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>· Manage& Maintainall marketing channels includingsocial media platform, website for the group company</p><p>· Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns</p><p>· Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns</p><p>· Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies</p><p>· Conceptualize and formulate regular marketing campaigns; develop marketing materials such as eDM, e-flyers and mail outs</p><p>· Liaise with media and potential business partners to explore new promotion channels, joint promotion opportunities and build the brand awareness.</p><p>· Compile reports and co-ordinate with different parties for project implementation</p><p>· To maximize brand's online visibility to acquire customers for the company</p><p>· Research and analyze competitor advertising links</p><p>· Supportad-hoc duties as assigned<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Job Requirement:</strong></p><p>· Degree holder ofabove in <strong>Sales &</strong> <strong>Marketing</strong> , E-commerce, Information Systems or related disciplines</p><p>· Minimum 3 years working experience in digital marketing or action sports industry</p><p>· At least 1 year of working experience in Search Engine Marketing is an advantage</p><p>· A flexible, approachable attitude with good creative, problem-solving skills and work independently</p><p>· Familiar with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash</p><p>· Knowledge of digital planning and technologies is a must</p><p>· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing</p><p>· Ability to develop and write content for web and digital marketing</p><p>· Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</p><p>· Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p><p>· In-depth experience with bid management tools</p><p>· Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)</p><p>· Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese</p><p>· <strong>Immediate available is highly preferable</strong></p><p></p>
