In this pivotal position, you'll be instrumental in expanding our footprint and delivering innovative solutions to key clients across diverse sectors, including healthcare, transport, financial services, industrial, and commercial.
What You'll Do:
Chart the Course: Develop and execute a robust 3-year portfolio and account growth strategy for the Hong Kong Enterprise Sector, aiming for ambitious annual revenue growth from both existing and new accounts, while ensuring healthy margins.
Build & Empower Teams: Be a key player in rebuilding our Enterprise account team by actively identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
Drive Collaboration: Work closely with the account team to strategically shape and organise efforts for relationship development and opportunity pursuit.
Innovate & Integrate: Collaborate seamlessly with the headquarters, various capability groups and external partners (hardware/software vendors, SIs) to introduce cutting-edge ideas and solutions that address complex client business challenges.
Elevate Our Brand: Actively promote and strengthen the brand within the Enterprise Sector through targeted external market development initiatives.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, dedicated to achieving high client satisfaction scores through deep engagement and a thorough understanding of their needs.
Shape Thought Leadership: Develop and publish annual thought leadership content to reinforce the group in the market position and expertise.
Ensure Seamless Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of client projects, guaranteeing on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. This involves close collaboration with various service organisations, including applications, infrastructure, engineering, cyber, and digital services, to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
20+ years of experience in the IT or ICT Consulting industry, with at least 8 years specifically focused on the Enterprise Sector.
A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale enterprise accounts and delivering impactful projects.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A strong understanding of industries such as healthcare, transport, financial services, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Demonstrated ability as a consulting practitioner with strong sales acumen and the capacity to architect value.
Preferred experience in digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, and platform services.
A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
A strategic mindset, capable of translating broad business objectives into concrete, actionable plans.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
