Define product core functions and characteristics, write clear and complete product requirement documents and functional specifications, and ensure development teams understand them consistently.
Develop a product development plan and strategy for the mainland market, covering product planning, functional design, material selection and pricing strategy, to ensure that the product meets market demand and brand personality.
Coordinate cross-functional resources, including R&D, design, marketing and operations teams, to drive the full product development process from concept to launch, including execution and iterative optimization.
Work requirements
More than 3 years of product manager experience, those who have successfully led the planning and listing of consumer products for the domestic market are preferred.
Have solid product planning and requirement analysis skills, be good at writing product requirement documents, and be able to make data-driven decisions.
Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively integrate multiple opinions, and push the project to be delivered on time and of high quality.
Proactive, stress-resistant, and able to adapt to rapidly changing market environments and flexibly adjust product strategies.
