Event & Marketing Officer / Executive

<p><strong>Highlights</strong></p><ul><li>Dynamic, friendly and fun working environment with a highly respectful atmosphere</li><li>Wide exposure with various fields in the market</li><li>Connection with top-notch companies</li><li>Travel allowances provided</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provides strategic solutions to achieve client’s business objectives.</li><li>Manages end-to-end project management from briefing, concept development, creative strategy, production, time and budget management, execution etc to launch.</li><li>Supervises Assistant Officer/ Executive</li><li>Works closely with designers and vendors to ensure quality deliverables under good time management.</li><li>Any other support duties as required by supervisors</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Tertiary education or other equivalents.</li><li>At least 1-2 years of solid account experience gained within an agency or client-side environment.</li><li>A good team player who is passionate, proactive, and yet independent, self-motivated with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude.</li><li>Eyes for details and good interpersonal skills to connect with internal and external parties.</li><li>Efficient time management, organisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a MUST.</li><li>Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.</li><li>Required to work on weekends or holidays if needed.</li><li>The candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer/ Executive.</li></ul>
