Assist interns or licensed real estate agents in daily customer development and maintenance, including contacting potential customers, arranging property viewing trips and follow-up. <br>2. Responsible for organizing and updating customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness, and provide data support to the team. <br>4. Assist senior real estate agents in completing transaction-related document preparation work, such as purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, etc., to ensure a smooth process. <br>5. Flexibly adjust the work location in Shang Shui, Pin Ling District, etc., and provide quality services according to actual needs. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity card, and new immigrants or job changers are eligible to apply. <br>2. Familiar with Chinese writing and Cantonese communication, with basic Mandarin skills being the best, and able to cater to diverse customer groups. <br>3. Have good communication skills and patience, be able to handle customer inquiries and needs properly, and demonstrate a dedicated and enthusiastic work attitude. <br>4. Although no relevant experience is required, you must be willing to learn and adapt to a new work mode, and accept professional operating procedures. <br>5.
