<p> Job Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Provide professional and high-quality foreign nanny matching services to customers, and actively achieve the monthly business targets set.</li><li>Responsible for the interview arrangements, foreign domestic helper evaluation and screening of domestic employment services to ensure that they meet the customer's needs.</li><li>Provide customers with employment-related professional knowledge, and explain in detail the labor laws and employment regulations.</li><li>Assist customers in handling employment-related documents and provide comprehensive after-sales service and follow-up.</li><li>Strictly follow company standards to ensure service processes and environments meet professional and quality requirements.</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements: </p><ul><li>Have at least 1 year of customer service and sales-related work experience.</li><li>Have good communication skills, be polite to others, and be proactive and sincere in your attitude.</li><li>Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and have basic English conversational skills.</li><li>Proficient in the operation of Chinese and English computer systems (40 characters per minute), familiar with Word and Excel and other office software.</li><li>Have good interpersonal skills, be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Hourly wage plus commission</li></ul>
