<p><strong>Duties include:</strong></p><p></p><p>2. Explore how to improve model performance through data optimization under fixed model and evaluation conditions, including data selection, synthesis, and enhancement;</p><p>3. Collaborate to build training datasets, work closely with the model training side, understand project requirements, construct and prepare high-quality training datasets that meet the requirements, and improve model performance.</p><p><strong>Position requirements</strong></p><p>1. Master's degree or above, at least 2 years of work experience, with preference for AI, computer science, automation, and math-related fields;</p><p>2. Have solid data structures and algorithm design foundations, be familiar with one or more of Python/C++, be familiar with deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch and Tensorflow, and have large open source project experience;</p><p>3. Familiar with large model basic architecture, solid algorithm foundation, understand LLM cutting-edge progress, performance evaluation and its downstream applications are preferred;</p><p>4. Those with data processing, synthesis, CoT enhancement, SFT, RL, etc. experience or relevant knowledge are preferred.</p>
