Technical support (15-20)

<p>Job Responsibilities<br></p><ul><li>Support the sales team in answering related product technical issues during customer development, and provide professional support.</li><li>Assist the R&D team in locating, analyzing and verifying technical issues, and improving product stability.</li><li>Provide product training, on-site demonstrations, and technical explanations to customers to enhance their user experience.</li><li></li><li>Participate in the post-sales technical support process, streamline and optimize it, and improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. </li></ul><p>Work requirements<br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in communications, automation or related engineering disciplines, with solid technical foundations.</li><li>Have good communication skills and affinity, and be able to fluently use English and Cantonese as working languages.</li><li>Holding a Hong Kong identity or having a valid Hong Kong work permit, you can immediately join the company.</li><li>Positive work attitude, strong learning ability, stress resistance, and team spirit.</li><li>Applicants with technical support experience in the smart hardware industry will be given priority. </li></ul>
