<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The Senior Technical Editor support to leads the team in delivering high-quality technical documentation and artwork, ensuring compliance with client, legal and safety standards. This role combines leadership, project oversight and strategic contributions to improve workflows, mentor team members and drive innovation. You should be reliable, accountable, and willing to actively participate in team activities and initiatives.</li><li>Coordination, handling and following-up of multiple projects at any given time.</li><li>Handling of other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.</li><li>Handling of general enquiries from primary focus client.</li><li>Work with team members to achieve team targets and tasks.</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Technical Writing, Technical Studies, Communication, Technical Journalism, or related fields.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a related industry with leadership experience preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>English communication skills at native level; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Expert knowledge of technical documentation and tools (e.g., Adobe CC Suite, Content Management Solutions).</li><li>Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and guide the team.</li><li>Strategic thinking and the ability to implement innovative solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and client management skills.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong></strong></p>
