<p>Our client, a high-tech company, seeks a Senior Reporting Analyst to join their team.</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting process by consolidating and analyzing contractual manpower data; utilize revenue tools to perform exit-rate analysis and prepare monthly target revenue estimation.</li><li>Execute revenue accruals and support the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; prepare monthly SOX control documentation and conduct thorough revenue fluctuation analysis, investigating unusual variances and posting adjustments.</li><li>Analyze large volumes of revenue data to identify trends, variances, and key drivers; prepare regular management reports and presentations with detailed performance commentary.</li><li>Utilize revenue management tools (e.g., RevPro, Tableau) to process contractual, billing, and unbilled data, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and validating data accuracy between systems.</li><li>Manage internal and external auditor requests, including revenue sampling audits, internal controls testing, and quarterly/year-end audit documentation.</li><li>Document and maintain revenue desktop procedures, identifying areas for improvement; participate in system testing (UAT, enhancements, defect fixes).</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, minimize revenue leakage, and maintain high internal customer satisfaction.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>CPA certification is highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue accounting, financial reporting, or analytics.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas), with proven experience handling large data volumes and building models.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is highly preferred; experience with RevPro or similar revenue management tools and big data environments is a significant advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to explain revenue movements and recommend corrective actions; in-depth knowledge of full-cycle accounting and a basic understanding of Sarbanes–Oxley requirements.</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and strong process skills; maintains high accuracy under pressure during month-end and quarter-end closes.</li><li>A proactive team player with a positive attitude; comfortable working in a global company environment with standardized processes and a fast-paced workload.</li><li>Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).</li></ul>
