Business Development Manager - Account Are you passionate about the sales field? We are looking for a new colleague to take on the responsibilities of the Business Development Manager role for the Modern On-trade channel: Description of Duties What you will do:
Develop potential accounts and implement sales strategy including product launch, promotion activation, development of new account.
Establish partnerships with assigned accounts, responsible for driving growth, develop close customer relationships with regular visits, business reviews.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strategic and aligned activities within the responsible account, executing marketing campaigns.
Ensure that the company's sales targets, contributions, cost controls, and placements are achieved through effective placement and pricing strategies, sales activities.
At least two years' sales experience in Beer / Beverage / Food / FMCG industry.
Must be fluent in English for the Western On-trade channel, with good command of Chinese.
Exceptional customer service skills, sales skills, and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven with a positive attitude and a strong mindset to drive results and meet targets.
Proficient in computer operations and MS Excel & MS Word.
Immediate availability / short notice is advantageous. Salary and Benefits Package:
