Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in various construction tasks, including but not limited to masonry, carpentry, painting, etc. related processes.

2. Complete assigned tasks according to company or supervisor instructions, ensuring work quality and efficiency.

3. Responsible for organizing and maintaining company tools, ensuring that they are clean, intact and properly stored.

4. Prepare construction materials, confirm the quantity and specifications meet the construction needs, and avoid affecting progress due to inadequate preparation.

5. Collaborate with the team to conduct on-site cleaning, keep the construction site clean and orderly, and reduce safety hazards.

Requirements:

1. Basic renovation experience is preferred, and one can quickly familiarize oneself with related work content.

2. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to follow the instructions of superiors and complete assigned tasks on time.

3. Be punctual and responsible, have good time management skills, and ensure that you arrive on time at the designated work place.

4. Able to adapt to different regions of work arrangements, with a focus on Yuen Long and Tseung Kwan O.

5. Be healthy, have a certain amount of physical and mental endurance, and be able to handle jobs that require long periods of standing or repetitive labor.
