Job Description
Duties include:
Financial Management: Review of the general ledger (AP/AR/GL), preparation of monthly financial statements (income statement/balance sheet);
Tax compliance: handling profit tax declaration, salary tax withholding and audit cooperation (Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department and external audit institutions);
Cost control: Supervise cost allocation, expense reimbursement process, and analyze budget execution deviation;
System optimization: Lead the upgrade of the ERP financial module (such as SAP/Oracle), and establish internal control processes.
Job Requirements
Experience: More than 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience, familiar with Hong Kong's Company Ordinance and IFRS standards;
Skills: Proficient in Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP/PivotTable).
